I've been designing professionally for nearing 20 years, which includes leading teams remotely for half of that. Most recently I led product design for the Platform team at Lattice, where we supported all product verticals to build consistently, reliably, securely, and efficiently. We built complex, interconnected HR software to enable high performing teams and help make work meaningful.
