Aubrey + Cake Wars

My niece Aubrey who turned four on Sunday. Mark and I gave her the Dora the Explorer sunglasses she is wearing. After opening the gift I’d wrapped by re-using some tissue paper (ever the environmentalist, I am), she put them on and exclaimed, “I can see now!” I love this photo of her. I am imagining a comic strip of Aubrey and the cake battling it out to see who will win control over the universe. I think Aubrey will win.
